PHB Engineers has extensive experience in a Project Management and Supervision of Construction Projects. PHB Engineers has registered Professional Construction Project Managers (PrCPM) as part of the staff compliment. The Professional staff are primarily engineers, with a secondary qualification in Project Management.
1 Programme Management
PHB Engineers has carried out Programme management projects for various government clients focussing typically on the overall coordination and management of the following high level critical programme functions:

2 Project Management
PHB Engineers provides specific project management services to clients as and when required. Often project management is required on larger and complex projects which have multiple groups of professionals who make up the entire professional project team.

3 Development Management
As distinct from Project Management, PHB Engineers also provides Development Management services to our clients.
This service typically involves a focus on project management relating more specifically to Developments of a residential, commercial or industrial nature. A precursor to the “normal” project management services which are conducted includes feasibility studies, land availability and security, zoning requirements and initial development approvals. Additional post development operational and maintenance aspects are also addressed.
4 Construction Supervision and Quality Auditing
As part of our typical project life cycle we carry out construction supervision on works designed by ourselves. However for particular projects our role can be limited to construction supervision and/or quality auditing of the construction implementation of a project, which was designed by another professional or the contractor themselves.
